- 5 / 5By Zachary BregmanMy wife and I have eaten here 3 times so far and we both feel we would rather eat here than at any other restaurant in East Hampton. The decor is simple and unadorned. The atmosphere is very friendly and uncomplicated, reminding me of the wonderful roadside French bistros I used to eat in at an earlier time in my life, but with an American sensibility. The food is inventive (for instance, the chef makes his own mouthwatering Hoisin sauce) and of excellent quality. The serving size for most of the entrees as well as the appetizers are absolutely enormous but are prepared, cooked, and plated accordingly. Two people can share a single dinner and neither walk away hungry.May 28, 2016
